Our epoxy tank coating service leaves an excellent covering and finishes are available in a range of colours. Our epoxy tank lining is ideal for grit blasted surfaces or for covering previously repaired areas. Grit blasting is not always essential, as our coating system is surface tolerant. Surfaces need to be free from grease and oil, with all loose particles removed.
Epoxy Tank Lining Projects
We currently have a large portfolio of completed projects including sprinkler tanks, fuel tanks and process tanks, to large holding tanks containing over 1 million litres. We stock a vast selection of epoxy coatings to suit almost any application including acid resistant, industrial floor, extreme temperature and vapour curing epoxies.
All of our epoxy tank lining systems carry full DWI / WRC certification, making these ideal for potable water applications. This means that they are ideal for domestic and commercial properties. We recommend that a minimum of two coats are applied for submerged surfaces, as this ensures that the tank has increased protection. External products have a minimum temperature limitation of 5 degrees celsius, below which curing slows down. We have a range of Polyurethane coatings which have similar properties, but have a lower temperature threshold.
